Private company
We invest our own capital.
HAL Enterprise holds and trades its own capital. It manages no outside money and has no clients.
01 Mandate
One balance sheet, and it is ours.
The company was formed to hold and deploy the capital of its owner. Every position it takes is funded from that capital and carried on its own balance sheet.
There is no fund and no investor base. The company does not accept, pool or administer money belonging to anyone else, does not offer its services to the public, and carries on no activity for which a financial services licence is required.
That constraint is deliberate. It keeps the structure simple, the reporting short, and the answer to who bears the risk unambiguous: we do.
02 How we operate
Positions
Long-term holdings across private companies, listed securities and digital assets, sized against the company's own capital rather than a mandate.
Treasury and liquidity
Reserves are held with established banking counterparties and regulated digital asset venues, with conversion and settlement handled on the company's own account.
Risk
Exposure limits, counterparty selection and concentration are set by the board and reviewed against the balance sheet, not against an external benchmark.
Governance
Decisions rest with the director. Records, resolutions and accounts are maintained through the company's licensed corporate administrator.
